REF: CMC/CIR/001/MAY/07 TO: ALL VALUED CUSTOMERS Please be informed that the Material Handling Control System (MHCS) - machines is scheduled for a downtime during the following period due to Maintenance activity.
KUL 0100hrs/14 MAY 2007 - 0300hrs/14 MAY 2007 As a result of this, all the machines for MHCS warehousing system in MAS Advanced Cargo Centre, KLIA will not be available during this specific time.
However, MASkargo operations such as shipment check-in, manifest activities and deliveries can still be performed using MASGO entries in the system.
As a necessary precaution, we advise you to make a request for delivery of import cargo before 2200hrs on 13 May 2007.
For all flight arriving after 2100 hrs on 13 May 07, kindly be advised to submit pre-alerts for immediate delivery to reach Import Breakdown and Release Supervisor Office no later than 2200 hours on 13 May 2007.
