Separating Revenue Management from Sales.

Introducing a Senior Manager Business Intelligence position who will report to both GM Business Development & Sales and Senior Project Manager i-kargo.

To develop a multi-skilled workforce at all levels.

Introducing Senior Manager Operations Station's position emphasising on business in terms of operational excellence and cost containment for overseas stations.

Moving Safety and DGR under Operations.

Human Resources will be responsible for training and staff development.
