BDS 1.6/007 Dear Valued Customer Our letter re: CPAM/12.1/CIR/010 dated 25 February 2008 is referred. Malaysia Airlines shall implement the revised IATA Air waybill condition of contract as prescribed by IATA Resolution 600b effective 17 March 2008.
The existing stock of airwaybills with WARSAW Convention under IATA Resolution 600b(II) term executed for Malaysia Airlines can still be used until 31 May 2008.
However the new condition of contract by Montreal Convention 1999 shall apply as our condition of carriage as a result effective 17 March 2008, instead of the WARSAW Convention term.
Attached please find the copy of the new condition of carriage as per IATA Resolution 600b.
Our new amended air waybill with the IATA Resolution 600b on the reverse side shall be fully used from 1 June 2008.
