Penalty Charges for Booking Cancellation and No-Show Shipment

Dear Valued Business Partners, MAB Kargo is always working to ensure that all our valued business partners have the same opportunities in utilizing capacities on our flights. To ensure that these capacities are utilized efficiently and all business partners are accorded the same opportunity to book on our flight, we would like to inform you that effective 01 September 2026, MAB Kargo will implement the following charges for booking cancellation and no-show shipment: Cancellation of Booking

No-Show Shipments In the case of a No-show (i.e., the customer fails to submit the cargo as booked), MAB Kargo shall bill the total charges based on the chargeable weight declared in the relevant Air Waybill (AWB). Refunds are not allowed, and the AWB cannot be reused. Terms & Conditions This memo is effective for all shipments departing from all stations. Any changes will be notified as soon as possible. This memo does NOT apply to Hard Block Agreements (HBA). This memo applies to shipments exceeding 1,000 kg. This memo applies to soft block and free sales shipments.
