The e-Freight Partnership Programme of MAB Kargo is a strategic e-commerce framework that aims to develop a paperless environment that will enable collaboration among various key players of the logistic industry to adopt electronic channels as the way of transacting business processes with each other. This programme requires the support of policies, processes and technology that must be established by various parties concerned, working together as smart partners with high level of commitment and dedication in the execution of efficient sets of internal and external electronic processes that can result in the delivering of service predictability and reliability to the customers.
