Kuala Lumpur International Airport, 14 November 2017 - MASkargo Animal Hotel today signed a collaboration with Dewi Petshop for feline boarding services.
With this collaboration, cat owners who have to leave town for a few days, can do so worry-free by dropping off their feline at a Dewi Petshop outlet and staff from MASkargo will collect them to be housed at the MASkargo Animal Hotel.
At the signing ceremony, Ahmad Luqman Mohd Azmi, MASkargo Chief Executive Officer said, "Our goal for our Animal Hotel is to provide a peace of mind to all pet owners by offering a safe and comfortable facility, staffed by knowledgeable and gentle animal-loving professionals. Pet owners can also take comfort in the fact that our operations are governed by established international standards which include ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001".
"We are elated to be working with Dewi Petshop as it marks our first ever collaboration with a Petshop in promoting pet welfare", he continued.
Dewi Petshop opened its cat-care doors in 2011 and today has 11 stores in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru with plans to branch out in Malacca, Penang, Kuala Terengganu and Kuantan within the next five years.
If dropping of at the outlet is not an option as the owners are flying out of town, MASkargo Animal Hotel also offers a chargeable pick-up service from the KUA and KLIA2. Owners just have to bring their pets in a cage to the terminal before they check-in for their flight, following a prior booking with the Animal Hotel.
Apart from pet boarding, MASkargo Animal Hotel also offers animal translocation services where one can import or export various types of animals.
